NYC Has A Public Housing Problem — What Has London Done?

Read Anderson's comment on Michael Kimmelman's column in The New York Times

Learned a lot from this article. Mr. Kimmelman works hard to be an informed observer + analyst of important urban issues with a design element. As such, overlooking any mention of the energy efficiency or resiliency of these buildings was a serious omission. I trust he will remedy this in future columns.
